We had a fantastic stay at Grangewood Court. The apartment was incredibly spacious, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool equipment provided for the kids was a great bonus and kept them entertained. The excellent location allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area and enjoy the nearby beach. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful vacation experience.

Very clean, comfortable apartment with good facilities and friendly manager. Location is great - far enough away from noisy traffic areas but still convenient for beach, shops and Gold Coast attractions. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

This hotel provides an excellent amount of space for our party of four adults and three kids. The rooms were huge with balconies off every room, and we were pleasantly surprised by the biggest ensuite we've ever seen. Additionally, the location was great, as it was close to the beach for swimming and far enough away from the main tourist hub, but still within walking distance to everything.

No issues, everything was just fine.

The apartment was centrally located within 10 minutes walk of a main shopping mall and 5 minutes to the beach. There is a grocery store across the road and a liquor store a short walk down the road. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the apartments are excellent value for money. The Manager, Liz, is very welcoming and helpful.

This hotel is conveniently located close to public transport, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. It is also just a short distance from the Pacific Fair shopping center, perfect for those looking to indulge in a little retail therapy. Additionally, the rooms are well-equipped with all necessary kitchen amenities and the beds are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel also takes cleanliness seriously, with recently refurbished bathrooms and a very clean unit.

Almost perfect.

Apartment manager Liz was friendly and eager to offer assistance. The rooms were large, clean and well maintained, and we enjoyed having two bedrooms and baths with kitchen and laundry factilities. The apartments are situated in a great location and we felt safe to walk to the beach, shops, casino and convention centre. Having secure allocated parking at the apartments meant we were happy to leave the car and walk to most places nearby, and only use the car when we went to the theme parks (which are within 25 minutes tops). Pool and spa are a nice touch too. Overall we were exceptionally pleased with our stay and would happily recommend the apartments to anybody - in fact we've booked again for next year!

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. The attention to detail is evident in the cleanliness of our unit, which had just been refurbished. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are very clean. The location is also a big plus, as it is near to the beach and everything around surfers Paradise.

The apartment was excellent value for money, it was clean and had everything we needed, including 2 bathrooms,very useful with 2 kids. Liz the manager was a wealth of information and you could not wish for a more helpful and friendly person.

The fact that the floors into different rooms were of slightly differing heights such that one could stub ones toes, frequently and painfully. The tight turning space in the underground garage

The pool was a nice size and very clean. Loved the convenience of the cafe next door and the supermarket across the street. the location was great being so close to public transport.

The apartment was outdated and the bed uncomfortable. The cleaning wasn't thorough, there was visible dust on the bedside tables and hair in the bathroom.

I may say it was a very pleasent place to stay at, centrally located from amusement parks and the Gold Coast. The management at Grangewood were very pleasent to deal with and very helpfull nothing was to much trouble.

Located a short walk away from shops and the beach, making it a convenient spot for swimming and dining. The apartments are clean, well maintained, and equipped with excellent facilities, such as a pool and barbecue area. Guests can hop on the tram to head to Surfers Paradise as well.

Only one of the reviews mentioned a lack of cleaning materials and broken furniture on the veranda.
